General Responsibility
This department has the responsibility of ensuring that the youth ministry
of the church is vibrant through its planning and execution.
 
General
- To coordinate all youth related activities
- To ensure that youth programmes are given visibility
- To allow for the collaborating of youth programmes
- To facilitate the formulation and development of youth programmes
- To be a reference point for consultation and advise for all youth related agencies.
- To ensure that young people find expression through sports and the art forms to the Glory of God.

Specific Duties
 
A) Youth Fellowship
The Youth Fellowship seeks to:
- Encourage fellowship among young people.
- Inspire witnessing among youth.
- Encourage the involvement of young people in the worship life of the church.
- Enlist the cooperation of the young people in the work and witness of the church.
- Provide a forum for discussion of youth related issues.
- Ensure that leadership training is offered to young people.

B) Uniform Groups
The uniform groups seek to:
- Instill discipline in its members
- Plan a wide range of programmes in order to encourage fellowship, worship, witnessing and to foster healthy inter-personal relationships.
 
C) Peer Group Counseling Ministry
This ministry should provide an opportunity for youth/teen counselors to provide counseling support for their peers in both formal and informal settings.
   
D) Dance Ministry
This ministry provides the opportunity for all age groups within the youth/young adult category to worship God through dance
 
E) Drama
This ministry seeks to harness the creative energies of the young and young at heart through dramatic presentations.
