Specific Duties
(a) Music Roster
- See to the preparation of rosters of singers, choirs, individuals or small groups to minister in vocal music at morning and evening   services and other special occasions.
 
- To prepare rosters of instrumentalists to play at church services,   including evening services and programmes as well as other occasions, for example, funerals, weddings, etc.
 
(b) Development of Music Ministry
- To stimulate interest in members in church music—vocal and instrumental.
 - To arrange seminars, workshops and fellowship opportunities for choirs, vocalists, groups and instrumentalists.
 
(c ) Operation of Choirs
      Oversee the operation of all choirs. This includes:
- Discussing matters related to the conduct and performance of all choirs.
- The selection of musical pieces to be rendered.
- Recruiting and training of choir members
- Developing guidelines for the operation of the choirs. These guidelines shall be ratified by the church council
- Referring disciplinary concerns to the Pastor
