General Responsibility
To mobilize the church community for evangelism and Christian social action

 Specific Duties
1. To propose plan and offer leadership in a programme of perennial
   evangelism through:
- Mass Evangelism
- Prospect Evangelism
- Visiting Evangelism
- Personal Evangelism
- Other forms of non-traditional Evangelistic approaches.
 
2. To coordinate the altar counseling programme
- Identify and train altar counselors
- Roster counselors to serve on Sundays and at all evangelistic related services.
 
3. To coordinate the follow-up programme for new converts
- Assemble decision cards
- Organize special visits to decision-makers
- Develop a Mentorship programme for new converts
- Work in collaboration with the pastor in ensuring a well-organized new life and new membership class
 
4. To create opportunities for mission involvement – local and foreign - and prospect for the establishment of new congregations.
5. To lead the church in creation care and responding appropriately to social issues
